EAST COAST VIRGINIA CHAPTER
LADIES OF HARLEY

Welcome to the East Coast Virginia Chapter Ladies of Harley (LOH). Whether you ride your own Harley or recline on the back of someone else’s bike, we invite you to be part of the East Coast Virginia Chapter LOH.

What is LOH?

LOH is an organization of Harley enthusiasts, male or female, who are National members as well as members of their local H.O.G. chapter. LOH is another benefit of H.O.G. membership, not a separate organization within H.O.G. chapters. LOH was established to encourage women to become more active in the local chapter and in riding. You don’t have to have your own bike to be an active member of LOH.

How do I join LOH?

You come to one of the chapter meetings, an LOH meeting, or contact me via the email link on this page. Participation is really all that is required.

What types of activities does LOH offer?

Our events are planned and led by ladies, so obviously they appeal most to the gals, but remember men and women are welcome to participate if they choose. Get more details on LOH activities by clicking on the LOH activities link and the chapter calendar page.

What are the benefits of joining LOH?

When you join LOH you have more opportunity to meet new friends. You have more opportunities t participate in chapter sponsored events. You have the opportunity to participate in National H.O.G. Members Memory Contest. Also, as H.O.G. is known for doing, you get a special patch and a pin for each year you remain a member.

When does LOH hold their meetings?

LOH meetings are held the Saturday following the general membership meeting, which is the second Wednesday of each month. Meetings are held at the Stafford Dinner on US-1. Meetings start at 9 a.m. and last about an hour.

Does LOH sponsor any activities/charities?

The chapter sponsors/raises money throughout the year for the Boys & Girls Club of Dumfries. LOH plays a significant role in all chapter fund raising events; specifically, LOH holds a poker run, flea market and Christmas wrapping at the dealership that raises money for the Boys & Girls Club.

I hope you’ll join our friendly group of LOH members. Bring your ideas, your talents, and your thinking caps. Lets plan some new things to do. This is a great opportunity to make new friends and get acquainted with old friends. Remember...the best way to meet new people is to get involved. I look forward to seeing you on the road.
